What does the workout schedule look like?
Monday: upper body
Tuesday: lower body
Wednesday: upper body
Thursday: lower body
Friday: full body
Do I have to do the workouts at a certain time?
All workouts are prerecorded and posted to the Member Access Only site each day at midnight. They stay up throughout the week so you can go back to redo or make up any workout!
What equipment do I need?
Keeping Fit with Kay workouts require limited equipment and can be performed wherever you are! You don’t need to leave the comfort of your own home for an effective workout. All you need is a resistance band, a set of dumbbells* and a willingness to work hard!
*5-15 lb dumbbells are typically adequate depending on strength, however a range of weight can be helpful to get optimal benefits. If dumbbells aren’t an option you can use household items! (eg. water jugs, canned goods)
Do I need to be in shape prior to joining?
Starting anything new can be intimidating, however, Keeping Fit with Kay has a wide range of members with all different fitness levels. Each workout comes with a short demo video with demonstrations of every movement and offering modifications that can be used! Many of our members utilize the modifications, which is what they’re there for! It’s important to remember the only competition you’re in is with yourself, so go at your pace and let’s get better together!
How do I access the workouts after signing up?
After signing up, members will immediately have access to the Member Access Only site. This is where you will access workouts and other content exclusively provided to Keeping Fit with Kay members!
Do I have to use Facebook to access the workouts?
No! However, we strongly encourage members who do use Facebook to join the Private Facebook Group so they can see everything our amazing community has to offer!
What nutrition help is available?
Kayla is a nutrition advisor on the 1st Phorm app and can offer individualized nutrition guidance. Simply download the 1st Phorm app and request “kaylakelsey” as your desired advisor. The Keeping Fit with Kay membership also includes general nutrition recommendations, healthy recipes, along with tips & tricks to quit “dieting” and start a lifestyle of sustainable, healthy eating!
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Members can cancel their membership at any time. Once a cancellation is received, members will lose access to the Member Access Only site at the end of their billing period. There are no refunds.
